The biggest communications challenge I have faced…
The biggest challenge I have faced, on several occassions, has been being the only communicator in an organization. You have to take the time to educate and then prove you know what your’re talking about. Which in itself is not challenging, but too often I’ve worked with people who refuse to be educated!
