About Our Speaker
Passionate entrepreneur and Navy SEAL combat veteran Brent Gleeson is the co-founder and Chief Marketing Officer at Internet Marketing Inc. (IMI), one of the fastest-growing digital marketing agencies in the country. Gleeson and his agency specialize in analytics and data-driven integrated online marketing strategies for medium and enterprise-level clients. IMI recently earned #185 on the prestigious Inc. 500 list of the fastest-growing private companies in the country and #11 on the San Diego Business Journal’s Top 100 Fastest Growing Private Companies.
Gleeson has made various TV appearances including NBC’s reality super show “Stars Earn Stripes,” where he helped his partner Olympic gold medalist Picabo Street earn $50,000 for the U.S. Chamber of Commerce “Hire Our Heroes” program. Gleeson also appeared on a Discovery Channel series and has served as a leadership, entrepreneurial, Internet marketing and military expert on many news shows.
Born and raised in Dallas, Gleeson earned his undergraduate degree in finance and economics from Southern Methodist University, completed courses in English and history at Oxford University, and earned a master’s of science in Real Estate Finance and Development from University of San Diego. Prior to graduate school, Gleeson spent five years as a Navy SEAL with deployments to Iraq and Africa in support of the War on Terror. Gleeson stays closely connected to the SEAL community by mentoring and training young aspiring SEALs and raising money for the Navy SEAL Foundation.
