Celia is responsible for identifying clients’ communication challenges and developing solutions to meet their needs. Whether it’s taking the pulse through a survey or developing and implementing a communication campaign, Celia helps McGregor & Associates’ clients communicate complex benefits information to employees at all levels.
Before joining McGregor & Associates, Celia worked as a consultant out of Pennsylvania and Delaware for a variety of clients, including Astra Zeneca Pharmaceuticals, Blue Cross Blue Shield of Delaware, Christiana Care Hospital and Health System, Coopers and Lybrand, Coventry Health Care, Delaware Department of Health and Human Services, Geisinger Health System, Health Partners and the Helen F. Graham Cancer Center. She attended Temple University’s Fox Business School from which she received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Marketing.
