Alison Ricker

Alison Ricker currently serves as Senior Employee Communications Specialist at Qualcomm where she contributes to global employee communications and engagement initiatives, working with senior executives, engineering leaders, and business units. She is an experienced communicator who has guided strategic change management initiatives, executive and HR communications, marketing and earned media projects, and new systems and programs. Prior to Qualcomm, Alison worked with AMN Healthcare as the lead for internal communications and supporting media initiatives across 21 service lines.

Alison holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from San Diego State University, with a major in Marketing and a minor in Management.
