Three Reasons You Should Apply for 2017 Communicator of the Year
President’s Letter – February 2017
Communication can be challenging. We all know it. We live it. The IABC/San Diego 2017 Communicator or Junior Communicator of the Year is an opportunity to celebrate it. There are so many communicators doing great work in San Diego. There are also many young communication professionals who are rising stars.
But what if you are doing the great work? Have no fear. We encourage you to nominate yourself. That’s right! We want you to toot your own horn. Brag shamelessly. Why? Because you’ve earned it. Read More.
Show Your Commitment to Ethical Communication
In these days of social and political change, now more than ever is the time to take a stand for transparent and ethical professional communication. The International Association of Business Communicators (IABC) has created this petition to publicly stand in support of the IABC Code of Ethics and what it means to live them every day.
Please join us in signing it to show your commitment to ethical communication at all levels – you don’t need to be a member of IABC to stand with us.
Are You IABC/SD’s 2017 Communicator of the Year?
Do you know a fellow IABC member in the Greater San Diego Area who is a leader in the communication profession? How about a young communication professional who is already doing amazing work? Or, do you want to see your own work recognized? If so, we’d like to hear more. Nominations are now open for our fourth annual Communicator of the Year (COTY) awards.
Nominate or enter by March 6 to join this growing group of recognized communications leaders. Learn more.
Join us for the 2017 World Conference in Washington, D.C. – June 11-14
