April 2024 Networking Event: Aboard the USS Abraham Lincoln

Join IABC San Diego as we explore strategic communication in the U.S. Navy aboard the USS Abraham Lincoln.

Following the tour, we invite you to continue the conversation at the I-Bar, where you can engage in in-depth discussions with industry peers about strategic communication. This is a great opportunity to network, gain insights, and expand your knowledge in a unique setting.

Event Details:

• Date & Time: Thursday, April 18, 4:30 - 7:30 p.m.
• Location: Naval Air Station Coronado
• Cost: Free to all!

 Space is limited to 40 attendees. Be sure to reserve your spot early, keeping in mind these IMPORTANT notes:

• We are entering Navy/ Federal property. If your are a civilian, you must be escorted by a Navy employee.
• To be escorted onto the base, you must commit to arriving no later than 4:20 p.m. to carpool onto the base.
• Participants must be physically fit and able to climb narrow, steep ladderwells/staircases
• You will be free to leave whenever you'd like following the tour.

Event Schedule:

4:20 p.m. – Meet at visitor gate

4:45 p.m. – Escorted through security to park

5:00 p.m. – Aircraft carrier tour

6:30 p.m. – Social hour at the I-Bar
